Appends the password protected PDF document given as parameter to the current document and optionally applies the current document header and footer to the appended document pages

Parameters

pdfData: Type: SystemByte
The PDF document data
password: Type: SystemString
The password to open the appended PDF document
enableHeaderAndFooter: Type: SystemBoolean
A flag indicating if the header and footer of the current document are also applied to the appended document pages
drawHeaderOnFirstPage: Type: SystemBoolean
A flag indicating if the header is drawn on first page of the appended document
drawFooterOnFirstPage: Type: SystemBoolean
A flag indicating if the footer is drawn on first page of the appended document
