Parameters

pdfBuffer  Byte

Byte array containing the PDF data

firstPage  Int32

The 1-based number of the first page to add

lastPage  Int32

The 1-based number of the last page to add

password  String  (Optional)

Password if the PDF is password protected, null otherwise
