PdfDocumentInfoLanguage Property

Gets or sets the BCP 47 language tag for the PDF document, e.g. "en-US". The value is written to the PDF catalog /Lang entry and to the XMP metadata when a PDF/UA or PDF/A standard is active. Must be a valid BCP 47 language tag. The default is empty
