Creates an action that resets form fields. All the fields of the document are reset when no field names are given

ExcludeFields	A flag indicating if FieldNames lists the fields to keep unchanged instead of the fields to reset. The default value is false
FieldNames	The names of the fields to reset. All the fields are reset when no names are set. When ExcludeFields is true, all the fields except the named ones are reset
Next	The action performed after this one, or null when this is the last action of the sequence (Inherited from PdfFieldAction)
