Use this demo to add bookmarks from code to the outline of the PDF document generated from HTML, after the bookmarks
created from the headings of the HTML document. A bookmark goes to a page at a given location and zoom, or opens a web
address, it can have child bookmarks and a bold, italic or colored title. The open action is executed by the viewer when
the document is opened: it goes to a page, runs a script, executes a viewer action or opens a web address.
The page numbers of the bookmarks and of the open action count the pages of a PDF document inserted before the
HTML content.
