Simple perpetual licensing, two license types
EvoPdf uses a simple, perpetual licensing model with two license types: Deployment License and Company License. A purchased license never expires for the licensed product version. Both include software updates and technical support for the first year; annual maintenance renewal continues updates and support after that. After purchase you receive a license key string by email that you set in your code — the demo stamps disappear, nothing else changes.

The EVO PDF Toolkit covers every product on this website: all nine EvoPdf Next components (HTML, Word, Excel, RTF and Markdown to PDF, Core PDF API, PDF to Text, PDF to Image, PDF Images Extractor) and the complete Classic suite — the Classic HTML to PDF Converter in both editions, the Classic PDF tools and the client libraries. One key for all of it.

HTML to PDF Converter on its own
If HTML to PDF is all you need, the HTML to PDF Converter can be licensed individually. The license covers both the Next and the Classic versions of the converter; the other components of the library are only included in the Toolkit.

30-day refund if it does not work as described

Perpetual, offline keys
The key never expires for its version and needs no activation or online check. Updates and support come with the first year; maintenance renewal is optional afterwards and your applications keep working either way.
From order to licensed build in three steps
1. Order online
Purchase online is processed by FastSpring; the alternate payment option is processed by PayPro Global. Both accept cards, PayPal and other regional methods and issue an invoice.
2. Receive the license key
The license key string arrives by email right after the order. It works with the version you download today and with every update released during your maintenance period.
3. Set it in your code
Assign the key to the LicenseKey property, as shown in the demo applications and the documentation. The demo stamps disappear; no activation, no online check, nothing else to install.

What buyers ask before ordering
Deployment or Company — which one do I need?
Deployment: one application, on one server you own or control, for internal use. Company: unlimited developers, applications and servers, and you may ship the library inside applications you distribute to your customers. If the software leaves your company in any form, it is a Company License.
My application runs on several instances — load balancing, containers, autoscaling. Is that one server?
No. A Deployment License covers one application on one server. As soon as the same application runs on more than one server or instance — behind a load balancer, in a container cluster, with autoscaling — you need a Company License, which covers any number of servers.
Can I upgrade from a Deployment License to a Company License later?
Yes. Start with a Deployment License if that is what you need today and upgrade when your deployment grows — contact sales with your order details and we arrange the upgrade.
Does one license cover both EvoPdf Next and Classic?
Yes. The HTML to PDF Converter license covers the Next and the Classic converter; the EVO PDF Toolkit covers every component on this site, Next and Classic.
What do I receive, and how fast?

What happens after the first year?
Your license keeps working forever with the versions released during your maintenance. Renewing maintenance (from 250 USD) continues updates and support; a late renewal within one year after expiration is still possible at a 20% discount off the full license price.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Orders are processed by FastSpring (purchase online) or PayPro Global (alternate payment); both issue invoices and accept cards, PayPal and other regional methods. For purchase orders or quotes, contact sales.
Can I get a refund?
