Convert RTF documents to PDF in .NET

The RTF to PDF Converter enables accurate conversion of complex RTF documents to PDF, from files, streams or .NET strings. Generate a table of contents from RTF headings, keep the page settings of the RTF document or reflow the content with custom page settings, add HTML headers, footers and stamps and apply security and digital signatures. The library targets .NET Standard 2.0 and runs on Windows, Linux and macOS, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions and Docker.
