1. Evaluation Version
The Software is provided as a fully functional evaluation version which may be used for an unlimited period of time
solely for evaluation and testing purposes, in order to determine whether it meets your requirements.
Use of the evaluation version in personal or commercial applications is not permitted without a valid purchased license.
2. License Key and Activation
Upon purchase, the Licensee receives a license key which must be configured or embedded in the application code
in order to transform the evaluation version into a licensed version and remove any evaluation limitations or markings.
The license key is confidential and must not be disclosed, shared or redistributed except as expressly permitted
by the applicable license type.
3. Restrictions
Unless explicitly permitted by this Agreement, the Licensee shall not:
- copy, modify or redistribute the Software except as permitted by the applicable license type
- sublicense, rent, lease or transfer the Software to third parties
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by law
- create derivative works, whether for personal or commercial use,
that compete with the Software without the Owner’s express written permission
4. License Types
4.1 Deployment License
A Deployment License may be used in a single application deployed on a single server owned or controlled by the Licensee.
- The Deployment License is not redistributable.
- It may not be used in applications distributed to third parties.
- It includes software updates and standard technical support for one year from the purchase date.
4.2 Company License
A Company License may be used by an unlimited number of developers in an unlimited number of applications
deployed on any number of computers or servers.
- The Company License is redistributable and may be included in applications distributed to customers.
- The Licensee is responsible for protecting the license key from unauthorized use.
- It includes software updates and priority technical support for one year from the purchase date.
4.3 Demo License
A Demo License may be used only to evaluate the Software and may not be used in personal,
commercial or production applications.
5. Maintenance, Support and Renewals
Purchased licenses are perpetual and do not expire for the product version for which they were issued.
The initial license purchase includes one year of maintenance, which provides access to software updates
and technical support.
Continued access to updates and technical support after the maintenance period expires
requires a maintenance renewal.
5.1 Late Maintenance Renewals
A grace period of up to 15 days after maintenance expiration is allowed for renewal.
If maintenance is not renewed within this grace period, a new license purchase is normally required
in order to receive future software updates.
However, if the maintenance renewal is completed within one year after the expiration
of the previous maintenance period, a 20% discount on the full license price
is still available for late maintenance renewal.
6. Refund Policy
The Software may be evaluated for an unlimited period of time before purchase.
Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of purchase if the Software does not
function as described or does not meet reasonable expectations.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
7. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest in and to the Software
remain the exclusive property of the Owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law,
without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Software
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications or understandings.
